Trading Risk Disclosure

Read this disclosure before using KR Control Tower to organize, evaluate, or synchronize trading accounts.

Effective October 8, 2026

01

Risk of loss

Trading futures, foreign exchange, leveraged products, and funded-account evaluations involves substantial risk. Losses can occur quickly and may exceed deposits or account thresholds where applicable. Only risk capital you can afford to lose.

02

No financial advice

KR Control Tower provides organizational tools, calculations, news awareness, and user-configured controls. Nothing displayed is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, size, or time a trade, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created.

03

Calculations and manual data

Outputs depend on the accuracy and timeliness of user-entered or third-party data. Delays, incorrect rules, market gaps, commissions, slippage, exchange behavior, and platform differences may produce results that differ from the dashboard.

04

Prop-firm rules

Each firm may change its drawdown, consistency, news, inactivity, payout, and position rules. Users must verify the current official rules directly with the firm. KR Control Tower cannot guarantee that an account will remain eligible or receive a payout.

05

Future automation

Synchronization and copy-trading features, when released, may experience latency, rejected orders, partial fills, disconnections, or mismatched positions. Users must supervise connected accounts and use emergency controls when available.

06

Acknowledgment

By using the service, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for your trading decisions, account credentials maintained with third parties, and compliance with broker and prop-firm requirements.
